Monica Déchène and Bernhard Goodwin from the Munich Science Communication Lab have published a new report exploring how the GEGM Media Service Climate and Health supports journalists in reporting on the connections between climate change, health, and biodiversity. Based on two surveys, the study examines who the service reaches, how it is used, and where untapped potential remains.
The findings highlight strong interest among journalists and underline the need for more cross-sectoral, constructive reporting on planetary health. The report also provides practical insights for further developing media services of this kind.
