MSCL goes ICA

The Munich Science Communication Lab will be represented in several capacities at
the 76th Annual ICA Conference in Cape Town.

On June 2nd, Jana Laura Egelhofer and Bernhard Goodwin will co-host
preconference “The Dark Side of Social Conversations around Science:
Contemporary Challenges and Potential Solutions for Science Communication” at
Stellenbosch University together with a group of international science communication
scholars. Researchers and practitioners from around the world will gather to discuss
current developments in science communication. The event is sponsored by
Stellenbosch University and the MSCL and supported by the ICA Science
Communication Interest Group as well as the Environmental Communication
Division.

The MSCL will also be represented at the main conference with numerous
presentations by Lars Guenther, Anna Gaul, Bernhard Goodwin, Constanze
Rossmann, Sophia Charlotte Volk and Jana Laura Egelhofer.
